• Process analyzing and consultations - we offer consultancy services, build up of process analyses and audits in wide range of customers needs, including personal audits, contracts audits, process analyses of service implementation, communications analyses and crisis management, etc.
• IT solution - we make up the actual analysis; prepare the design and architecture of IT solution including implementation, organising and project management, schedule, project evaluation, IT specialist services, etc.
• Public tender preparation and organisation in accordance to the law nr. 137/2006 - in cooperation with public authority, we prepare and realise tender process including documentation formulation, take over the offers, work up the evaluations support documentation, processing decision of authority, work up the objections of competitors, communicate with ÚOHS (Office for the Protection of Competition), realisation of electronic auctions, etc.
• Cost saving activities and spend savings - we analyse actual customer situation and needs, we make cost analyses and comparison, build up complex proposal of savings project, manage project organisation and realization, including project documentation, communications strategy, project evaluation, etc.
• Project management - in accordance to customer’s needs, we offer project management organisation, coordination and realization, including business skill and knowledge application, realization of management processes and services.
